Don't Drink, Don't Smoke, what you gonna do?
Not every patient will want to vape (or smoke), some don't drink but all need its help..
Cannabis can come in a variety of forms, from the flower, hash, oil, wax tinctures, and even balms and patches. But unlike most medications, cannabis can be used in a variety of ways. In order to use cannabis (with THC or CBD), it needs preparation in a process called decarboxylation (or you can use the used leftovers from your vape), which you can see below. Once you have completed that step you can get more from your prescription and create nonalcoholic cocktails (with botanicals too) beverages, I have really enjoyed making some classics and have started to perfect my Vegan Hash Brownies, strawberry daqueries, vegan gummies, and my all-time favorite french style hot chocolate.

some quick and easy classic drinks with a cannatwist!
Morning Time Smoothie
A great way to start the day is with a good healthy smoothie, if like me, your appetite is reduced, you need to get your nutrition elsewhere, I use a variety of protein shakes, made with fruits that can enhance the effects of medical cannabis.
You will need, strawberry or vanilla protein powder, milk, amount as directed on the packet (preferably oat, Barista), frozen berries (for texture, fresh fruit works very well), sweeten with coconut ho) to help bind the thc, up to three teaspoons of ABV
(Already been vaped) or decarboxylated cannabis, or up to 2ml of full spectrum T or CBD as required.
For an extra immunity system kick, you can add a teaspoon of turmeric powder too.
Put all the ingredients into a drink blender (I will put a list on Amazon for your selection), and leave it on mid-power for at least five minutes, making sure everything is as smooth as possible.
Pour and drink.
It can take up to two hours for medical marijuana to take effect, make sure you clean up thoroughly!
Bed time Hot chocolaite
Making hot chocolate is just a nice thing to do, and not that tricky, follow the instructions on the packet and add half your dose of medical cannabis oil before warming then the other half when completed, garnish as desired, I like marshmallows, and drink!
